Our Policies

Please review the service agreement, cancellation expectations, payment terms, and corrective-service commitment before booking. By booking an appointment and submitting a deposit, you acknowledge these terms.

Online Salon Services Agreement

Welcome to Treasuring Tresses’s website. By booking services through our website, you ("Client") agree to the following terms and conditions ("Agreement"). This Agreement governs your use of Treasuring Tresses's online booking service, and by proceeding with the booking and making a deposit, you signify your understanding and agreement to these terms.

Payment

  1. Deposit: A 35% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure the appointment. This deposit will be applied towards the cost of the initial service booked by the Client.
  2. Payment Method: The Salon accepts all major credit cards, Apple Pay, Zelle and CashApp. A 4% service fee will be added to the total at the time of checkout, no matter the payment method.
  3. Rescheduling: Clients may reschedule their appointment twice for the same service within three months of the original appointment date without forfeiting the deposit. Rescheduling more than twice results in the forfeiture of the deposit, requiring a new booking and deposit.
  4. Transferability: Deposits are not transferable to another person but may be applied to a different service within the Salon's offerings.
  5. Final Payment: Upon checkout and submitting the remainder of the balance, the Client acknowledges that the services provided met their expectations and they were satisfied with the service.

Cancellation and No-Show

  1. Cancellation Policy: Clients may reschedule their appointment without penalty up to 48 hours before the scheduled time. Cancellations or rescheduling within 48 hours of the appointment time will result in the forfeiture of the deposit, and a new booking will be required for future services. Cancellations day of will result in the full-service amount being charged.
  2. No-Show: Failure to show up for an appointment without cancellation will result in the full-service amount being charged to the card on file. If the charge is unsuccessful, an invoice will be sent to the Client, with a three-business-day payment window. Failure to settle the invoice may lead to banning from the Salon and potential legal action.
  3. Grace Period: A 10-minute grace period is allowed for late arrivals. Beyond 15 minutes without communication from the Client, the appointment will be considered canceled, and the deposit forfeited. If the appointment is honored after the extending the allotted grace period, a late fee will apply: $50 for services under 2 hours and $100 for services over 3 hours.

Our Service

  1. Service Issues: If a Client experiences issues with their service, they must contact the Salon within 48 hours for a complimentary evaluation and correction. Beyond 48 Hours, corrections may be denied and/or incur a fee of 0-100%, depending on the service that needs adjustment. Lack of communication from the Client regarding service dissatisfaction waives the right to dispute charges or pursue legal action against the Salon.

Intellectual Property and Artwork

  1. Intellectual Property: No individual may use information posted on the Salon's website, or social media, or discussed within the Salon premises for personal gain without explicit permission.
  2. Artwork and Media: All photographs and videos taken at the Salon may be used by the Salon for marketing, advertising, and branding purposes on any platform without prior notice to the Client. Such media remains the property of the Salon.

Modifications to the Agreement

  1. Treasuring Tresses reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed under the laws of Florida. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Florida.

By booking an appointment through the Salon's website, the Client acknowledges they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.

In Short, you’ll be on time, if you’re running behind you’ll notify us and we’ll do the same, if you’re more than 15 minutes late your appointment and deposit may be compromised. If we need to cancel your appointment, your deposit will be refunded. By submitting your deposit, you vow to honor, cherish, and obey the commitment and policies written here.

If you are not completely satisfied with your service, please let us know at the time of your appointment or within 48 hours. While all services are non-refundable, we are committed to making it right by offering a complimentary corrective service. This applies to instances where the result did not align with what was agreed upon due to an oversight on the part of your stylist — not to changes in preference after the service is complete.

To request a corrective service, contact us within 48 hours of your appointment to schedule a consultation. Requests made beyond that window cannot be accommodated.

Treasuring Tresses also reserves the right to refuse service to anyone demonstrating inappropriate behavior toward our staff or other clients. This policy exists to maintain a respectful and safe environment for everyone in our space.

By honoring these guidelines together, we ensure your experience with us remains nothing short of extraordinary.
