Please review the service agreement, cancellation expectations, payment terms, and corrective-service commitment before booking. By reserving an appointment and submitting a deposit, each guest acknowledges these terms.
Welcome to Treasuring Tresses. By booking services through our website, you ("Guest") agree to the following terms and conditions ("Agreement"). This Agreement governs your use of Treasuring Tresses's online booking service. By proceeding with booking and submitting a deposit, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
Payment
- Deposit: A 35% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure the appointment. This deposit will be applied towards the cost of the initial service booked by the Guest.
- Payment Method: The Salon accepts all major credit cards, Apple Pay, Zelle, and CashApp. A 4% service fee will be added to the total at the time of checkout, regardless of payment method.
- Rescheduling: Guests may reschedule their appointment twice for the same service within three months of the original appointment date without forfeiting the deposit. Rescheduling more than twice results in the forfeiture of the deposit, requiring a new booking and deposit.
- Transferability: Deposits are not transferable to another person but may be applied to a different service within the Salon's offerings.
- Final Payment: Upon checkout and submitting the remaining balance, the Guest acknowledges that the services provided met their expectations and that they were satisfied with the service.
Cancellation and No-Show
- Cancellation Policy: Guests may reschedule their appointment without penalty up to 48 hours before the scheduled time. Cancellations or rescheduling within 48 hours of the appointment time will result in forfeiture of the deposit, and a new booking will be required for future services. Same-day cancellations will result in the full service amount being charged.
- No-Show: Failure to show up for an appointment without cancellation will result in the full service amount being charged to the card on file. If the charge is unsuccessful, an invoice will be sent to the Guest with a three-business-day payment window. Failure to settle the invoice may result in refusal of future service and potential legal action.
- Grace Period: A 10-minute grace period is allowed for late arrivals. Beyond 15 minutes without communication from the Guest, the appointment will be considered canceled and the deposit forfeited. If the appointment is honored after the allotted grace period, a late fee will apply: $50 for services under 2 hours and $100 for services over 3 hours.
Our Service
- Service Issues: If a Guest experiences an issue with their service, they must contact the Salon within 48 hours for a complimentary evaluation and correction. Beyond 48 hours, corrections may be denied or may incur a fee of 0-100%, depending on the service that needs adjustment. Lack of communication from the Guest regarding service dissatisfaction waives the right to dispute charges or pursue legal action against the Salon.
Intellectual Property and Artwork
- Intellectual Property: No individual may use information posted on the Salon's website, or social media, or discussed within the Salon premises for personal gain without explicit permission.
- Artwork and Media: All photographs and videos taken at the Salon may be used by the Salon for marketing, advertising, and branding purposes on any platform without prior notice to the Guest. Such media remains the property of the Salon.
Modifications to the Agreement
- Treasuring Tresses reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed under the laws of Florida. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Florida.
By booking an appointment through the Salon's website, the Guest acknowledges they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.
In short: please arrive on time. If you are running behind, notify the studio as soon as possible, and the same courtesy will be extended to you. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment and deposit may be compromised. If the studio needs to cancel your appointment, your deposit will be refunded. By submitting your deposit, you agree to honor the commitment and policies outlined here.
The Commitment
At Treasuring Tresses, we are dedicated to delivering an experience that exceeds your expectations through unparalleled service and exquisite care for every guest.
If you are not completely satisfied with your service, please let us know at the time of your appointment or within 48 hours. While all services are non-refundable, we are committed to making it right by offering a complimentary corrective service. This applies to instances where the result did not align with what was agreed upon due to an oversight on the part of your stylist — not to changes in preference after the service is complete.
To request a corrective service, contact us within 48 hours of your appointment to schedule a consultation. Requests made beyond that window cannot be accommodated.
Treasuring Tresses also reserves the right to refuse service to anyone demonstrating inappropriate behavior toward our staff or other guests. This policy exists to maintain a respectful and safe environment for everyone in our space.
