Originally from Brooklyn, New York, Monique Jackson is a licensed cosmetologist, natural hair stylist, and scalp health specialist with over 15 years of experience in the beauty industry. Known for her expertise in scalp care, hair restoration, and holistic hair wellness, she has built a reputation for blending technical mastery with a results-driven, whole-person approach to healthy hair. Her work is rooted in excellence, education, and intentional care-serving both the beauty professional and the everyday woman seeking clarity, confidence, and restoration in her hair journey.
After relocating to Pittsburgh in 2009, Monique developed a strong foundation as a stylist, earning recognition as a Master Stylist at Matrix Concept Salon while working across salons throughout the East Coast. Her passion for scalp health, hair loss solutions, and natural hair care led her into education, where she became a licensed cosmetology educator. She has taught across Pittsburgh Public Schools, Empire Beauty Group, and Arrojo Cosmetology, helping to shape knowledgeable, skilled, and confident beauty professionals. Her artistry has also reached notable platforms, including styling for the Pittsburgh Steelers and collaborating with designers during New York Fashion Week.
Now based in Altamonte Springs, Florida, Monique is the founder of Treasuring Tresses Collective, a luxury, scalp-focused salon experience serving the Orlando area. Specializing in scalp treatments, natural hair care, and holistic hair restoration, she integrates trichology-informed practices, nutrition, and advanced scalp therapies to address hair concerns at the root. As more clients present with conditions such as alopecia, inflammation, and chronic scalp disorders, her approach remains focused on delivering long-term results through education, precision, and personalized care.
